Instead of paying £150+ per hour for a solicitor, you have immediate access to professional legal advice covering employment; commercial, contractual and health & safety – free and unlimited through our 24 hour helpline.
This is complimented by inclusive legal and professional insurance cover provided by AXA.
Legal Fees:
Legal defense costs up to £50,000 per claim paid in the defense of proceedings against the business and any Director or Partner, covering:
• Employment tribunals
• Health & safety prosecutions
• Criminal prosecutions
• Food standards
• Licensing
• Consumer protection
• Wrongful arrest
• Property disputes
Additional areas of cover include:
• Directors & officers liability cover
• Contracts disputes cover
• Defense costs of regulatory body disputes / proceedings.
Jury service daily award for loss of earnings – Data protection. Professional defense costs: Payment of up to £50,000 to defend the business and any Director or Partner of the Business against the professional fees costs of your Accountant in dealing with any Tax investigation or Aspect enquiry against your business by HMRC.
No excess on the policy and No cap on number of claims and all included in your membership. All we require is that you seek advice from the helpline immediately upon knowledge of any event that could give rise to a claim.
For the Doyle Club we have also set up a £99 membership for business start-ups to get them through the first 3 years when many new businesses have issues and fail. The £99 price holds until you start to employ people or reach the end of the 3 years at which time it reverts to the full Doyle club prices as listed below.
