At Presence & Co., we take a full 360° approach to property management. Based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, with hubs in London and other areas across the country, we support landlords, tenants, and businesses with a proactive, hands-on service.

Our Construction & Developments team handles everything from full builds and CAT A & CAT B fit-outs to ongoing maintenance across portfolios and office buildings. Alongside this, our Facilities Management team operates nationwide, keeping offices and properties running smoothly day to day.

Each Facilities and Block Management client has a dedicated point of contact who gets to know you and your property inside and out, supported by the wider team behind the scenes.

We currently manage over 546 units and work closely with landlords, tenants, and businesses to ensure their properties are well-maintained, compliant, and performing at their best.
