Hi everyone...I'm co-founder and Director of the National Landlord Investment Show, one of the UK’s leading exhibitions dedicated to landlords, property investors, and developers and launched the show alongside my wife and business partner, Tracey Hanbury, in 2013.

The National Landlord Investment Show has grown into a major nationwide platform connecting landlords, investors, lenders, legal specialists, tax experts, PropTech firms, and property professionals.

The exhibitions are held across major UK cities including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Southampton and in the County of Kent, attracting thousands of attendees annually.

Our Shows provide landlord education, professional development, and networking opportunities. Through the wider NLIS Media Group portfolio, we have also helped to expand related initiatives including Landlord Investor Magazine, Property Notify, UK Property News, Landlord Community Hub National LIS Awards, and other media and educational platforms supporting the UK buy-to-let market.

Over the years we have emphasised the importance of landlord education amid changes such as the Renters’ Rights Bill, Making Tax Digital reforms and more.
