Whilst my skill set covers the whole range of the Construction and FM industry I am an M&E Design Consultant that has actually built what I've designed and then also maintained it so I know what works and what doesn't.
As a Compliance Consultant I not only understand the rules and how to help Clients from falling foul of them but I also know how to Design solutions for Services or Fit Out refurbishment projects that mitigate their costs and maximise your budget.
We are all looking for Innovative and visually energising solutions to our day to day issues but with a tight grip on the Budget so that the costs dont run away with themselves.
