FORM Design Group was formed in 2008 by its founding members Mike Chidzey and Paul Uttley.

We are a multi discipline consultancy, based in Weybridge, providing specialist design services including Architecture, Chartered Planners, Structure and accredited Conservation Architects with over 30 years’ experience in the residential, commercial, retail, leisure, hotel, industrial and mixed-use schemes.

The company has an impressive track record, working across most development sectors, generating a successful blend of quality design services with a highly experienced team utilizing the latest 3D technology.

This multi-disciplinary approach has been Forms strength in dealing with multifaceted development proposals and the company benefits from in house skills and the established experience of its senior partners to handle both simple and complex projects within this pressured environment.

Through time, we have built up an extensive network of other partners, who we collaborate with and work in a professional team.

We can provide fast response, knowledgeable expert architectural concept and design advice, and we can advise on planning and feasibility potential. We have an impressive track record of success with planning for complex developments and can also provide comprehensive working drawing packages.

Our schemes have ranged from large mixed-use regeneration schemes, involving the co-ordination of large multi-disciplinary project teams to smaller single use projects for individual clients.
