Jason is a Chartered construction professional with over 31 years’ experience delivering complex, large-scale construction and regeneration projects. His career has focused on leading organisations through periods of change and challenge, driving profitable growth through strong operational, commercial, and strategic leadership.
He is Managing Director of the Four Square Group, overseeing Four Square Design and Build and Four Square Projects. Four Square Design and Build operates as a super-prime luxury residential contractor, delivering highly bespoke, design-led homes and refurbishments. Four Square Projects acts as a main contractor for energy and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on renewable energy and technically complex delivery.
Previously, Jason has held senior leadership roles overseeing some of Europe’s largest inner-city regeneration schemes, with cumulative project values exceeding £3bn. His experience spans new-build residential (including high-rise reinforced concrete, traditional and MMC construction), historic refurbishments, infrastructure and energy assets, and high-specification fit-out projects, with individual project values of up to £380m.
He is known for building high-performing teams, establishing robust governance and operational controls, and identifying new market opportunities that support sustainable, long-term growth. An analytical and pragmatic leader, he brings clarity to complex challenges and places strong value on trusted, long-term relationships.
