Lesley founded Gallus Studio Architects as an RIBA Chartered Practice in 2014, specialising in urban renewal projects.

As director at her previous practice, she delivered substantial housing projects on urban sites, working with private developers and affordable housing providers in London.

With over 25 years experience, she is now completing an Masters in Construction Law and Dispute management at KCL due to a special interest in best practice management of complex projects.
