I am an experienced Recruitment Director with over 20 years in the built environment sector, specialising in facilities management, surveying, maintenance management, project management, and estates. Currently, I am the Managing Director for Groupe Adéquat (GA) UK, part of a global HR solutions group operating across 8 countries with 1,900 employees, 400 offices, and a turnover of €1.3 billion. GA is one of the most ambitious recruitment companies worldwide, growing both organically and through international acquisition.
